Terms and Conditions:
1.	All fees must be paid in full prior to the driver’s training course start date.
Course completion certificate will not be issued prior to completing the training
(this includes In-Classroom/Online Course and In-Vehicle Training). There will be a
$50 charge for a cheque not honoured (NSF Cheque refused due to other reasons).
Late payment charges are $15 per day.
2.	At least 24 Hours notice is required for cancellation of the appointment.
Otherwise, $75 will be charged. “No Exceptions”. If the instructor decides that
the weather, road conditions, or other situations are not optimal for driving, they
can change or cancel the scheduled appointment at any given time.
3.	In-Classroom/Online Course must be completed within 90 days of signing this
form. After 90 days, a $50 late fee will be charged to the student, and after 1 year,
a $100 late fee will be charged to the student. An extra copy of the in-class
certificate is $50.
4.	If during an In-Vehicle session or Rental for Test, student action that results in
a traffic safety violation or collision or action not in accordance with the
Traffic Safety Act. The student will be held liable.
5.	The school contract with you is to provide instructions for the duration specified
above. Your performance on the road test or on the road is not Alberta Driving
School Ltd.’s responsibility. The new driver will require a minimum of 2-3 practice
hours for each lesson hour.
6.	As per Government Regulations No In-Vehicle Training will Commence until the In
Classroom/Online Course session is Completed.
7.	For the insurance certificate, your grade must be 7.5 on road training and a pass
on the classroom test.
8.	Rewriting the classroom test costs $25
9.	Issuing a duplicate certificate costs $50.
10.	Once the training starts, money will not be refunded.
11.	If any mechanical problem happens to the vehicle, our instructor will cancel the
appointment and reschedule at your earliest convenience.
12.	Road test fees and car rental fees are separate charges.
13.	During Training Session - Student is responsible for any Traffic Tickets
